Your left arm should be at right angles the entire time. The straight leg should remain as it is. A slight bending of your legs is allowed to avoid locking your knee.
Then push down by your feet to stand back up to start, keep your core attached, and spine long the entire time. Then switch sides and repeat it again and again.
Now do it with a kettlebell holding in your right hand and lift it straight up toward the ceiling. Currently, maintain a neutral wrist and let the bell hang on the back of your wrist. And follow the rest of the rules step by step.
Variations of windmill movement:
You can try five types of windmill exertion: Low kettlebell windmill, Dumbbell windmill, Bottom-up, Double-kettlebell, Double-kettlebell with single rack.
Low kettlebell windmill practice:
